Description
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, and outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders and invoices for online clients using EDI and web-based platforms.
- Release orders to the warehouse and coordinate shipping or inventory issues.
- Respond to quote requests and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Support internal teams by managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with EDI systems or order management platforms is an asset.
