Customer Service Specialist

Description

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, and outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and invoices for online clients using EDI and web-based platforms.
  • Release orders to the warehouse and coordinate shipping or inventory issues.
  • Respond to quote requests and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Support internal teams by managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with EDI systems or order management platforms is an asset.
