Controlling Manager

Description
- Give support trough financial consultancy to reach the profitability of the operation.
- Prepares five-year Strategy Business Plan(SBP), the annual Canada business plan, including P&L statement, and cost center reporting.
- Lead the monthly business reviews with local / regional and global Management.
- Generates daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly standard/recurring and ad hoc reports, including CIS key figures, reporting, tech truck stock reports, parts returns and cost center/profit center reports
- Analyze processes, data, figures to present the findings to management and implement improvements
- Supports end of month and budget/planning process for customer service departments
- Supports proprietary software
- Maintains master data, error pools and parts pricing
- Organizes technician truck stock inventories
- Oversee proper CIS reporting structure for a division reporting to Germany
- Provides key customer support contact to central accounting functions for Canada, US, and Germany.
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and organized to meet set targets/timelines with minimal or no supervision
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Company software and information networks – Training will be required
- Proficient in the use of computers and various applications
- 5-7 Years experience in Accounting or Financial or Business Administration related role
- Four-Year College or University Degree in Accounting or related field
