Description
  • Give support trough financial consultancy to reach the profitability of the operation.
  • Prepares five-year Strategy Business Plan(SBP), the annual Canada business plan, including P&L statement, and cost center reporting.
  • Lead the monthly business reviews with local / regional and global Management.
  • Generates daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly standard/recurring and ad hoc reports, including CIS key figures, reporting, tech truck stock reports, parts returns and cost center/profit center reports
  • Analyze processes, data, figures to present the findings to management and implement improvements
  • Supports end of month and budget/planning process for customer service departments
  • Supports proprietary software
  • Maintains master data, error pools and parts pricing
  • Organizes technician truck stock inventories
  • Oversee proper CIS reporting structure for a division reporting to Germany
  • Provides key customer support contact to central accounting functions for Canada, US, and Germany.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and organized to meet set targets/timelines with minimal or no supervision
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Company software and information networks – Training will be required
  • Proficient in the use of computers and various applications
  • 5-7 Years experience in Accounting or Financial or Business Administration related role
  • Four-Year College or University Degree in Accounting or related field
