Compensation Range

Description
- Sage 300 Computer System
- Supervising full accounting cycle (A/P, A/R, G/L)
- Monthly G/L preparation and analysis for all accounts
- Bank reconciliations for Cdn, U.S., Yen and Euros accounts
- Review G/L thoroughly
- Review System P&L, O/H Accounts and Balance Sheet
- Prepare Monthly Exchange Schedule for Buy Forwards
- Assist in Preparing Financial Statements
- Prepare monthly reporting for Bank
- Review Bank Position Daily – Cdn. Bank and U.S. Bank
- HST and QST monthly remittances
- Internal process regarding new machine orders and deliveries
- Registration of all machines sales to maintain security (Title and Ownership), PPSA
- Prepare Lease documentation for TD Bank and RBC Financing Deals
- Purchase Order approvals
- Work Closely with A/R on collections
- Review All A/R invoices monthly
- Monitor Machine Commission Sales (Direct Sales from Mfg to Customer)
- Collections on Machine Commission Sales
- Overseeing A/P desk
- Prepare Machines for A/P Entry
- Initiate Machine Payments to Suppliers
- Review Payroll and Payroll Benefit remittances
- Processing of employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare Extra Scheduling for Year End Audit
- Overseeing Year End Audit
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Post Secondary Degree in Accounting/Finance or related work experience
- CPA a strong asset
- Sage 300 or similar system
- Ability to work overtime during year end which falls in December.
- Experience from the Manufacturing and or Distribution industry
