Bilingual Account Manager/Director of Operations

Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide quality assurance, oversight, and direction to field staff in the delivery of assessment and insurance services. This will include actively assisting a team of consultants with challenging and complex cases in a timely and professional manner, in addition to providing accurate recommendations within customer guidelines and expectations.
- Work closely with management and other colleagues to assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of new policies, procedures, and initiatives, in addition to overseeing the implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.
- Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations for improving techniques, policies, and procedures. This will include reviewing and analyzing departmental activities regarding planning, budgeting, risk management and improving service utilization.
- Provide effective leadership on a national scope, fostering team building and a high level of individual and team performance in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment.
- Business development and sales to assist in growing the business.
- Manage client relations to increase the business’s visibility and reputation.
- Identify business opportunities for potential partnerships, opportunities to gain new clients, and enhance efficiency within the organization’s profitability and client retention.
- Complete RPFS and go to client presentations for new opportunities for growth and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Maintain current knowledge and practice of Independent Medical Examination (IME) services regulations, in addition to recommending innovative techniques to improve policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Nursing and other related field.
- Must be fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
- Master’s degree in related field would be considered an asset.
- Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) would be considered a strong asset.
- 5-10 years of experience in management and proven ability to lead and motivate employees while making sound business decisions.
- Reside in QC or willing to relocate.
- Results-oriented and creative in addition to having strong client relationship management skills.
- Experience providing value added to current customers, in addition to developing new business.
