Assistant Controller – Administrator

Description
Primary responsibilities for this position include:
- Bookkeeping duties managed through a construction management and accounting program: Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Government Remittances, Job-Cost Tracking, Cash-Flow Management, and Payroll functions.
- Ongoing maintenance of master files for vendors, customers, and equipment in the construction management system.
- Administrative duties including the preparation of various documents, serving as initial point of contact for the head office.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software.
- Past experience with Jonas Premier system is extremely beneficial.
- Previous administrative experience is beneficial.
- The successful candidate will be able to work from the head office in Perth, ON.
