Description

We are currently undergoing a digital transformation in sales and marketing, evolving to serve our customers in an increasingly digital world. This role supports the company’s customer service and administrative team, with an emphasis on delivering a seamless customer experience through digital and traditional channels.

The successful candidate will be independently motivated, highly organized and an excellent communicator. We are a small and flexible team that serves a wide range of customers across Canada, a positive attitude and problem-solving skills are critical in this role.

  • Oversee multiple digital sales channels – keeping inventory up to date, processing orders and responding to customer requests.
  • Process customer invoices, credits and returns on a daily basis.
  • Organize and prioritize orders for shipping on a daily basis.
  • Manage a heavy flow of inbound customer requests by phone and email, ensuring a timely response and excellent service.
  • Contact customers by phone and email, tracking outreach and responses on the company database.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the admin team, the warehouse and management.
Qualifications

Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum high school education.
  • Experience in B2B customer service.
  • Experience with business software managing customer and sales data.
  • Proficiency processing and analyzing data in excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
