Compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, and may also be influenced by internal equity and market conditions.

Description
  • Demonstrated experience selling into the Property and Retail vertical and a proven track record in B2B sales.
  • The ability to travel to the US is required.
  • Hybrid, 2-3 days in office, but 4 days expected for the first 90 days
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales with consistent quota achievement.
  • Property – Commercial office buildings, manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, Retail – Shopping centres, gas & convenience, grocery stores, architects/developers/resellers
  • Comfortable managing solution-based sales in the $50K–$250K+ range, with both new business and account growth.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred); disciplined pipeline management.
  • Bonus: familiarity with sustainability, recycling, or ESG initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong consultative sales approach and ability to present at the C-suite level.
  • Builds and executes account penetration strategies, resilient through long sales cycles.
  • Collaborative works well with inside sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
