Description
- Demonstrated experience selling into the Property and Retail vertical and a proven track record in B2B sales.
- The ability to travel to the US is required.
- Hybrid, 2-3 days in office, but 4 days expected for the first 90 days
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3–6 years of B2B sales with consistent quota achievement.
- Property – Commercial office buildings, manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, Retail – Shopping centres, gas & convenience, grocery stores, architects/developers/resellers
- Comfortable managing solution-based sales in the $50K–$250K+ range, with both new business and account growth.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred); disciplined pipeline management.
- Bonus: familiarity with sustainability, recycling, or ESG initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong consultative sales approach and ability to present at the C-suite level.
- Builds and executes account penetration strategies, resilient through long sales cycles.
- Collaborative works well with inside sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
