Description
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads, to ensure high-quality lead generation.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage substantial monthly budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.
- Lead Quality Optimization: Focus on increasing the quality of leads generated, ensuring alignment with team expectations and company goals.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify the most effective approaches.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the Director, Digital Marketing, and other team members to develop and refine digital advertising strategies.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep The Company’s advertising efforts at the forefront of the industry.
- Platform Expertise: Ensure best practices are applied in the management of advertising platforms, including the latest algorithm changes and platform-specific features.
- Ad Copy & Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proven hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in managing large monthly advertising budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and techniques to ensure high-quality lead acquisition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads dashboard, Meta Business suite, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns are optimized effectively.
Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably within the finance industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing large advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for lead generation.
- Experience with AI-driven ad optimization tools is a plus.
