Inside Sales/Customer Support Specialist

Description

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys solving problems, and brings energy to every interaction. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, the person they trust to get quick, accurate answers and a great experience every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and help customers find the right products or solutions
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Support warranty claims and coordinate resolutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep records and customer data organized and current in the CRM system
Qualifications
  • A positive, proactive attitude and genuine desire to help people
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • The ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
  • Technical curiosity and confidence learning about new products or tools
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Previous inside sales or customer support experience is an asset, but enthusiasm and initiative matter most
