Compensation Manager

Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain a competitive compensation framework, including base salary structures, annual incentive plans, and executive compensation.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of our compensation packages.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness, retirement plans, and pension plans.
- Evaluate existing benefit programs and recommend enhancements to ensure alignment with employee needs and market trends.
- Manage relationships with benefit vendors and brokers to optimize services and costs.
- Lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of the HRIS to improve data integrity, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the HRIS is fully leveraged to support HR processes and analytics.
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to align Total Rewards strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals in the compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS areas.
- Provide expertise and guidance to the People and Culture team on Total Rewards-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS (preferably UKG), focusing on program design, compliance and administration.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and managing compensation frameworks, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and HRIS systems, with experience in system implementation and/or optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing compensation, benefits, and payroll.
