Call Centre Representative
Permanent Remote | Ontario, Canada
Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to members through inbound calls.
- Address road service needs and respond to various membership-related inquiries.
- Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace while working from home.
- Operate within a 24/7 call center environment, with schedules that may include statutory holidays.
- Work shifts that vary between 6:00 AM EST and 11:00 PM EST, including every second weekend.
- Adhere to scheduled breaks and lunches with no flexibility.
- Complete 2-4 weeks of training during day shifts (9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday).
Qualifications
- Completion of post-secondary education.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and systems, including Google Maps.
- High comfort level with phone systems and technology.
- Excellent knowledge of Ontario/Manitoba roadways and highways.
- Must be available to work varied shifts including the afternoon shift, weekends and holidays.
- Time off during training is not available.
- Must have high speed hard wired internet connection and a distracted free work space.
