Call Centre Representative

Description
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members through inbound calls.
  • Address road service needs and respond to various membership-related inquiries.
  • Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace while working from home.
  • Operate within a 24/7 call center environment, with schedules that may include statutory holidays.
  • Work shifts that vary between 6:00 AM EST and 11:00 PM EST, including every second weekend.
  • Adhere to scheduled breaks and lunches with no flexibility.
  • Complete 2-4 weeks of training during day shifts (9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday).
Qualifications
  • Completion of post-secondary education.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and systems, including Google Maps.
  • High comfort level with phone systems and technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ontario/Manitoba roadways and highways.
  • Must be available to work varied shifts including the afternoon shift, weekends and holidays.
  • Time off during training is not available.
  • Must have high speed hard wired internet connection and a distracted free work space.
