Business Solutions Analyst – D365 F&O (Bilingual)

Description
- Requirements gathering and functionality definition: gather, define, analyze and prioritize functionalities and user stories;
- Process analysis and improvement: document and keep up to date the business processes of assigned business units in order to better understand their reality, their functioning and to improve operational efficiency;
- Data analysis: analyze data to facilitate decision-making;
- Documentation: create or collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of various types of documentation;
- Communication with stakeholders: facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment where necessary;
- Solution design: participate in the design of solutions to meet business challenges;
- Testing, validation and quality assurance: test and validate technology solutions against business requirements, and ensure their quality and effectiveness;
- Problem solving: work with the value chain team to identify and resolve business issues;
- Change management: help implement change management activities when introducing new processes or solutions;
- Project support: assist with project management and planning;
- Risk assessment: identify and address risks associated with corporate initiatives and projects;
- Vision and strategy: work with the GPSA to support the program’s vision;
- Roadmap and backlog management: maintain and manage the backlog of projects and initiatives of associated business units;
- Application maintenance: plan and coordinate application maintenance activities;
- Iterative development: work closely with the value chain team as part of an Agile process;
- Market research: can carry out market research;
- Continuous learning and training: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and work with the Value Stream team to integrate new tools and technologies to enhance business value.
Qualifications
- Must be fluently bilingual in French and English;
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or IT or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 5 years experience in business application analysis or related field;
- Solid experience with Dynamics 365 – F&O;
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 – CRM, Field Services and/or Project Operation an asset;
- Customer-oriented with a focus on results;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Good written and oral communication skills;
- Self-starter & resourceful;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work collaboratively with others;
- Experience with shared services applications an asset;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), an asset;
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance, an asset;
- Knowledge of HR systems, an asset;
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Monday.com, an asset.
