RESPONSIBILITIES

 Partnerships & Alliances

  • Boost companies’ product visibility through external displays, event exposure, and various marketing initiatives. Collaborate closely with automotive marketing agencies and dealerships to maximize product exposure at key events and activations.
  • Work closely with external partner agencies for product placements in photoshoots and inclusion in marketing materials.
  • Execute joint marketing initiatives with like-minded brands to expand brand reach and engage new customer segments. These campaigns will encompass a variety of marketing tactics, including external contests, giveaways, co-branded content, and joint social media initiatives.
  • Assist in executing influencer and affiliate outreach campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

Brand & Category Optimization

  • Play an active role in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness.
  • Pricing & Promotion Strategy: Work closely with pricing teams to establish competitive pricing strategies and collaborate on promotional campaigns to increase sales and market share within the category.
  • Brand Positioning and Messaging: Develop engaging and persuasive product content that converts. Craft SEO-optimized website copy, captivating headlines, and engaging captions for social media and email campaigns to increase brand exposure and drive sales. Manage and upkeep brand and product guides, product content libraries, shared drives etc. Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging and product listing throughout the market.
  • Client Relations: Work with top retailers on product alignment strategies, promotional plans, marketing exposure opportunities to gain product exposure and growth through their retail and eCommerce channels.
  • Product Launches: Assist in the development and implementation of new product launches, from initial concept to market introduction. This includes crafting compelling product messaging, creating launch plans, and promotional strategies to drive product awareness and boost sales growth.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Create and analyze impactful campaigns, engaging promotions, and targeted advertisements. Measure and report on campaign performance, while conducting thorough analysis of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to uncover new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the CPG environment.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Communication or Business.
  • Proven track record on implementing successful marketing campaigns or partnership initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to enhance brand presence.
  • Highly independent and proactive, consistently taking initiative to drive results. Creative, results-focused, and always ready to lend a hand with positive energy.
