Assistant Controller – Administrator

Description

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Bookkeeping duties managed through a construction management and accounting program: Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Government Remittances, Job-Cost Tracking, Cash-Flow Management, and Payroll functions.
  • Ongoing maintenance of master files for vendors, customers, and equipment in the construction management system.
  • Administrative duties including the preparation of various documents, serving as initial point of contact for the head office.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software.
  • Past experience with Jonas Premier system is extremely beneficial.
  • Previous administrative experience is beneficial.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work from the head office in Perth, ON.
